You Asked Us - 72(t) / Substantially Equal Periodic Payments (SEPP)
Q.
Is it permissible for me to start a second 72(t) Payment on a separate IRA, when I already have a 72(t) Payment Schedule on another IRA?
Q. I would like to take 72(t) payments from my 401(k) plan, but I have received conflicting information as to whether this can be done from a retirement account that is not an IRA. What is the right answer?
A SEPP/ 72(t) has been modified (busted). What are the individual’s options?
